1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@blakesmobility.net. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and sale items

3. Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@blakesmobility.net so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
4. Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@blakesmobility.net.
6. European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements stated above.
